ABSTRACT: Complete denture therapy is full-mouth rehabilitation without the benefit of supporting teeth for stability and esthetic guidance. Consequently, the clinician is faced with both functional and esthetic challenges when restoring the patient’s oral condition with this treatment modality.
ABSTRACT: Patients with an edentulous maxilla can be treated with conventional removable prosthetics or implant therapy. Implant prosthetic options can be removable, in the form of overdenture therapy, or fixed.
